With 26 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Chris has specialized in substrates and front-end and back-end equipment processes, including CVD, ALD, Lithography, and advanced packaging. Their expertise extends to materials development for CMOS, memory, power MOS FET, and chipset technologies, covering gases, quartz, components, film, and resins.
Over the past decade, Chris has led a successful consulting company supporting Japanese businesses in Arizona. In 2024, in response to the growing presence of Japanese companies and a request from a Japanese government entity, Chris became the first volunteer CEO of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Arizona, uniting over 40 companies within its inaugural year.
Chris earned a BS and MBA from Arizona State University, with educational experience in Japan and the US, and has resided in Arizona since 1992
